Established, Respected And Knowledgeable Estate Planning
Guiding You Through Guardianship
Do you need assistance with probate after the loss of a loved one? Do you need to become a guardian for a family member who is unable to take care of himself or herself because of age, medical condition or special needs? Are you interested in creating an estate plan?
Probate — Guardianship And Conservatorship — Estate Planning
My practice areas include probate, guardianship and conservatorship, and estate planning. At John Glassman, P.A. I have been providing trusted guidance on these issues for people in Pensacola and the Florida Panhandle for more than 25 years, earning a strong base of repeat clients as well as referrals from past clients and fellow attorneys.
Trusted Guidance For Over 25 years
I believe in providing hands-on representation. At the outset, I will take the time to educate you about the complex details of this area of the law as they apply to your case. My philosophy is that if you do not completely understand your case and your options, I have not done my job. You will understand the choices available, and I will guide you toward the one that makes the most sense based on your circumstances.

Long-Term Legal Relationships
When I work with you, I am not just performing an estate or probate task. With each step of the process, we are communicating, building bridges and trust. This is why much of the work I do is not a one-time-only service. A complex probate can take time, and I remain involved until all issues are resolved. All guardians are required to be represented by a lawyer. After establishing a guardianship, I continue to address issues encountered while managing the ward’s affairs. Guardians make a long-term commitment, and I make that commitment as well. After I create an estate plan, I remain available to modify that plan as needed.
