Attorney John Glassman: More Than 20 Years of Experience
Having practiced in the areas of probate, guardianship and conservatorship, and estate planning since 1988, I have earned a reputation throughout the Florida Panhandle legal community for knowledgeable and trustworthy representation.
I am frequently asked to present seminars and workshops on these practice areas to my colleagues. However, the focus of my teaching is on consumers. Not only do I educate all of my clients about the law on a one-on-one basis, I volunteer teaching a class at Pensacola State College about the roles and responsibilities that go along with guardianship. The class is mandatory for all newly appointed guardians.
Intelligent, Thoughtful and Ethical Representation
My reputation is for intelligent, thoughtful and ethical representation. I previously served on the First Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee, first as the vice chair and then as chair. This committee oversees complaints against other lawyers. I am also a member of the Estate Planning Counsel of Pensacola, an organization that includes not only lawyers, but also other professionals whose work involves estates and financial matters.
Committed to Resolutions
While much of the work I do is resolved without conflict, there is always a potential for dispute when it comes to estates, probate and guardianship. Having handled more than 1,000 trials during my career, I am prepared to resolve disputes in court if need be. Ultimately, my goal in every case is to do what is right for the client. You can be confident that I have the experience and knowledge to do what is right for you.
